The annual assessment is currently set at $400.00 and is due each year by January 31st.

The annual assessment covers the period January 1st to December 31st.  Billing is normally mailed with the annual newsletter near the end of the year.

Please ensure timely payment is submitted upon receipt of your bill.  Of note, you will need a statement from the association showing that your account is paid current for any closings of home sales or refinancing.  To obtain a statement, please contact the board at [email protected]
